PURCHASE AGREEMENT
Upon purchasing from our store, you agree to the following:
- All items in the store are PREORDER items. Shipping will only commence after production is complete and is set to be in May 2022.
- All images seen in this store are digital mock-ups and may differ from the physical product in scale, color, and presentation.
- This purchase is for personal use only and may not be distributed or sold for any other purpose.
- I understand that project moderators and contributors will not be held accountable for any repercussions from not adhering to the Purchase Agreement.
━ SHIPPING ━
- All preorder items are projected to be shipped by May 2022, but production delays may result in consequent shipping delays. Please note shipping services may be delayed due to the ongoing pandemic. All production and shipping updates will be posted on social media.
- If your shipping address changes before your order has shipped, please contact us through the contact page with your name, email, order number, and new shipping address.
- Shipping service times vary greatly by region/country. We are not responsible for any delays during transit. If there is an issue or inquiry regarding a tracking number or missing package, please contact your local postal service or carrier.
━ RETURNS/REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS ━
- All sales are FINAL. Returns, refunds, and/or cancellations will not be given for any reason.
- If a specific item is missing or sent incorrectly, contact us with an unboxing video and we will do our best to alter any mistakes on our end.
- We are not responsible for packages missing in transit or items damaged during the delivery process.
━ P4P STATEMENT ━
- All items are P4P (Pay for Production) and will not undergo a quality checking process. You may receive an item with minor to visible flaws.
